Saint Bernard breed description:


Large, strong, muscular dog, massive head. Both rough and smooth coat varieties. Coat comes in white with tan, red, mahogany, brindle and black markings. Large feet. Sixth sense for danger.

Temperament:
Gentle and friendly. Good with children. Slow moving. Easy to train, but train young, whilst still manageable. Good watch dog but not aggressive

Exercise needs:
Moderate, A long daily walk as an adult, but short regular walks when young, ok for apartment
