Bailey, come back!
The legal actions are going to be taken by the Bailey’s the Rowlinsons as the new Bailey’s owner refuses to give the puppy back. The case is to go before a judge at Stockport Country Court on the 2nd June this year.
Bailey, the dachshund was given away after bitting two-year-old granddaughter of the couple and she had to be hospitalised for a cut cheek. As for the child safety, they immediately decided to give the dog away and they managed to find him a new home through a family friend.
However, after few days they started missing their pet so much that they decided to ask for him back explaining that their decision was rashed. They were shocked when they found out that the new Bailey’s owner didn’t want to return a puppy and denied accepting £1,000 for the dog that originally cost £ 700.
Mr Rowlinson has undertaken legal action to fight for Baileys and bring him back home.
