    Bark in the park in Kidderminster

    All the dog owners and dog lovers are invited to participate with their pooches in an event in Kidderminster aimed in promoting responsible ownership. The event is going to take place on Saturday, 1st October in Baxter Gardens between 10am and 2pm.

    Friends of Baxter Gardens hopes to promote responsible dog ownership, the park and their group, as well as the BIG Local funding, which is going into parts of the Greenhill and Broadwaters wards. Dog owners and all the members of the public are being encouraged to attend the event. The Lottery-funded (BIG Local) community event will include free doggie goodie bags, free advice, demonstrations and prizes, provided by groups and organisations attending the event.

    The organisers of the event: Happy Staffie Rescue, Vale Veterinary Group, RSPCA, Retired Greyhound Trust, Forest Dog Rescue and others. Broadwaters-based Friends of Baxter Gardens, supported by Vestia Community Trust, which is part of The Community Housing Group
