Blind man leaves cafe because of dog
A blind man from Trumpington of Cambridge was asked to leave a cafe because of his guide dog, Vinnie.
When they only walked to the place, a waitress immediately asked them to leave. Also it was impossible to convince the manager of the cafe. In order to avoid the confrontation a man, his friend and a dog went out of the cafe.
Guide dog owners rely on their pets for mobility and independence. According to the Blind Association manager, the Equality Act from 2010 requires restaurants and other service providers not to discriminate against disabled people in how they provide their service.
A waitress from the cafe was explaining that she was alergic to dogs.
