Desperate dog owner
A dog owner got into troubles when trying to save his pooch last Wednesday near Eastbourne.
The Dover Coastguard received a phone call on the 25th May from a man whose dog got into difficulties when swimming in Pevensey Bay. However, the coastguards who received the phone call were far more concerned about the dog owner who was desperate to help his pooch.
When the inshore lifeboat arrived the man was on its way to help his pet. Fortunately, the coastguards managed to stopped him and avoid the tragedy. The dog found its own way to get back safely to the shore.
