Dogs Offer Comfort to the Survivors of CT Shootings
Chicago trained dogs are taken to Newtown, Connecticut to give comfort to family and friends of those lost of the school shooting rampage in Sandy Hook Elementary school. This dogs are specially trained to provide comfort for people in tragedies.
They were brought to Newtown where they have been present at church and a memorial service. They will also be at after school activities with the school. They are there to provide a comforting presence and can be petted as they are praying or thinking.
They have previously been taken to victims of hurricane sandy and others alike.
