Google's car could have run over a dog in Chile
Google's Street View car has hit the road all over the world capturing images of every single street. However, it might have also hit more than just the road, according to several images on the site.
Several social media networks and websites have echoed the possibility of Google's car running over a dog in Chile.
Google's Street View mapping cars were recording Meza Bell 2815-2861 in the Quinta Normal, Chile. What the sequence gives away is a knocked down dog after the car drives along him when, in fact, the previous sequence displays the dog up and running accross the road. At the other side of the street, a person and another dog are watching what has happened.
This would not be the first time a similar incident shows up involving Google's Street Car and dogs. Last May, also in Chile, allegedly, a dog had been hit by one of the internet company's automobiles.
Meanwhile, Google seems to be investigating the images. 'We are reviewing the imagery to try to understand and maybe inform what happened.'
