Husky racing in the Forest of Dean takes place
Dozens of teams from across the UK have descended on the Forest of Dean for a weekend of high-speed husky racing racing.
The dogs drag competitors along dirt tracks at speeds of up to 30mph (50km/h).
The Wyedean Quest Sled Dog Race is described as "the toughest dry land sled dog race on the UK calendar".
Teams from as far afield as the north of Scotland and Southern Ireland will race with teams of one to eight animals.
