Miley Cyrus welcomes Emu into her canine family
Miley Cyrus was left devastated after her three-year-old Alaskan Klee Kai named Floyd was killed by a coyote in April.
Ever since she has been grieving Floyd to the point of performing live in a concert with a massive inflatable Floyd on the stage during her concert in Brooklyn days after his death.
Nearly three months later, Miley Cyrus has welcomed a new puppy into her home this week - a Rough Collie called 'Emu Coyne Cyrus.'
'He's here and here to stay! I welcomed Emu Coyne Cyrus into the family a couple days ago,' Cyrus wrote on her Twitter account.
'It's taken some time to be ready for this next step and loving again...I'm blissed the out right now. I feel like this is a new beginning in so many ways.'
Emu joins Miley's three other dogs - a black and white Pitt Bull called Mary Jane, a Rottweiler-beagle mix named Happy, and Bean, a Chihuahua mix.
