Puppy left home alone, owner jailed
A puppy that was left alone at a flat in Luton has been rescued after its owner was jailed for taking photographs with his mobile phone at Luton Crown Court last Friday.
A teenage dog owner, aged 19, was jailed after being spotted taking pictures with his mobile phone during court proceedings last Friday. He went to Luton Crown Court to support his friend facing custodial sentence for robbing an off-duty police officer. While watching proceedings the teenager said he got a message on his mobile from a girl asking where he was and he took a picture of the courtroom to send back to her. His mobile was seized and he was jailed for two months in Bedford Prison.
The older brother of the teenager, aged 22, has managed to break into the flat to rescue the dog and returned it to the seller who arranged a new home. The teenage owner of the puppy had just got it and he paid for it £150.
