Shelter Dog Sunday - Brandy
Every Sunday we run a special feature on a rescue dog looking for a loving home. This week, the spotlight is on Brandy - a lovely, sensitive Staffie with a lot to offer to a new family.
Battersea and Cats Home is the well-known backdrop of ITV's Paul O'Grady - For The Love Of but what you see on the show is only a fraction of the work that the shelter do. Battersea takes on over 9000 cats and a year, including Brandy, a sensitive Staffie looking for her forever family.
Age: 4 Years 4 Months
Breed: Terrier: Staff Bull
Beautiful Brandy is a sensitive girl who is finding kennel life overwhelming. She is naturally shy and it does take a little time for her to make friends with new people. Once you have gained her trust she is keen to show off her fetching skills, and her various tricks!
We think Brandy may be a Staffie cross Whippet, and as a result she does like to run! She would suit a quiet household with people who have experience with nervous dogs, and she would love a garden to call her own away from busy areas.
Sweet Brandy will be a loving and cuddly addition to her lucky forever family.
If you think you can offer Brandy a home please call Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 or contact them by email at [email protected] for more information.
