Shelter Dog Sunday - Bruno
Every Sunday we run a special feature on a rescue dog looking for a loving home. This week, the spolight is on Bruno - a big and friendly Rottie looking for a home!
Battersea and Cats Home is the well-known backdrop of ITV's Paul O'Grady - For The Love Of but what you see on the show is only a fraction of the work that the shelter do. Battersea takes on over 9000 cats and a year, including the beautiful Bruno - a big and friendly Rottie currently residing at Battersea.
Age: 2 Years 3 months
This fabulous boy is every rottie lovers dream!. This big friendly giant will steal your heart in an instant and will be your best friend forever.
New owners will preferably have experience of owning Rottweiler's and experience of socialising dogs successfully.
Potential adopters need not be to put off by Bruno's breed. The image problem Staffies have unfairly anquired means that shelters across the UK are overflowing with the breed, despite their ability to be loving and gentle companions (which Nala is a perfect example of). Battersea are running a campagin to prove that Staffies are Softer Than You Think - so don't hesitate to head over to their website and find out more about this sweet and affectionate breed.
If you can offer Bruno a home, please call Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 for more information.
