Shelter Dog Sunday - Buster
Every Sunday we run a special feature on a rescue dog looking for a loving home. This week, the spotlight is on Buster, a young lad looking for a forever home. This boy has a heart of gold!
Battersea and Cats Home is the well-known backdrop of ITV's Paul O'Grady - For The Love Of but what you see on the show is only a fraction of the work that the shelter do. Battersea takes on over 9000 cats and a year, including including Buster, a young lad looking for a loving, forever home.
Age: 2 years 9 months
Our very handsome Buster has bags of personality! He is a fun and energetic boy to be around, and just loves spending quality time with his people.
He has been friendly with everyone here at Battersea but can at times show his more sensitive side around new people and situations.
To help him along, new owners should have some experience with sensitive dogs. They will need to be patient and willing to continue with Buster’s training.
Buster really enjoys playing with other dogs but can still be quite juvenile and will need ongoing socialising.
He is looking for a mature household without children or cats, with active owner’s keen to get him out and about.
If you think you can give Buster the home he truly deserves, please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home’s London centre on 0843 509 4444.
