Shelter Dog Sunday - Harvey
Every Sunday we run a special feature on a rescue dog looking for a loving home. This week, the spotlight is on Harvey, a sweet boy who will make a fantastic addition to his new family.
Battersea and Cats Home is the well-known backdrop of ITV's Paul O'Grady - For The Love Of but what you see on the show is only a fraction of the work that the shelter do. Battersea takes on over 9000 cats and a year, including including Harvey, a great Staffie, eager to please and who deserves a forever home.
Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Age: 8 Years 9 Months
Harvey is a sweet boy who has been finding life in kennels very tough. He is currently in a foster home with one of our staff members and is doing really well and has settled into the household quickly.
This eight year old is great with people and knows his basic commands such as sit, lie down and wait.
The Staffordshire Bull Terrier is so eager to please, especially when there are tasty treats on offer.
Harvey is such a sweet boy and loves a fuss and will make a fantastic addition to his new family.
