    Shelter Dog Sunday - Henry

NewsShelter Dog SundayFriday 13 May 2016

Every Sunday we run a special feature on a rescue dog looking for a loving home. This week, the spotlight is on Henry, a gentle Rottweiler ready to cuddle with a loving family.

Battersea and Cats Home is the well-known backdrop of ITV's Paul O'Grady - For The Love Of  but what you see on the show is only a fraction of the work that the shelter do. Battersea takes on over 9000 cats and a year, including including Henry, a gentle Rottweiler who is finding kennel life not suitable for him and longs for a forever home.

    Name: Henry

    Breed: Rottweiler

    Sex: Male

    Age: 5 Years 8 Months

    Centre: London

    Reference: 345825

Meet Henry, our gentle giant who has found kennel life stressful.

He’s looking forward to finding a new home where he can settle down.

The five year old can be shy around new people but once he knows you he is a cuddly boy who just wants a fuss.

This Rottweiler loves his toys and would happily play with you once settled in his new home.

If you think you can offer Henry a home please call Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 or contact them by email at [email protected] for more information.
