    Shelter Dog Sunday - Kaykay

NewsShelter Dog SundayFriday 13 November 2015

Every Sunday we run a special feature on a rescue dog looking for a loving home. This week, the spotlight is on Kaykay, a big, bubbly lady with good manners looking for a family who will share her sense of fun.

Battersea and Cats Home is the well-known backdrop of ITV's Paul O'Grady - For The Love Of  but what you see on the show is only a fraction of the work that the shelter do. Battersea takes on over 9000 cats and a year, including Kaykay, a sweet Staffy, now looking for her forever home.

    Name: Kaykay

    Age: 7 Years 2 Months

    Breed: Staff Bull Terrier

    Sex: Female

    Centre: Battersea

    Reference: 340422

Kaykay is a big, bubbly lady who will bowl you over with her enthusiasm for love and kisses. She loves playing with toys and it is great fun watching her bound after tennis balls and bring them back to you with her big, goofy grin.

She does have good manners in place and knows some lovely commands, but sometimes her excitement gets the better of her and she forgets her size!

Kaykay is looking for owners who will share her sense of fun and are willing to take time settling her into a new forever home

If you think you can offer Kaykay a home please call Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on 0843 509 4444 or contact them by email at [email protected] for more information.
