A new publicity drive for the Isle of Wight is taking an unusually canine approach in its cover stars.
A new publicity initiative for the Isle of Wight has taken an unusual approach – by making man's best friend the focus of the campaign.
A 24-page guide, entitled 'Pawprint' and commissioned by Wightlink, the ferry operator, features a cast of "dog reporters" designed to promote the area as a canine-friendly destination.
Publicists describe the guide as "written by Isle of Wight dogs and their humans to spell out all the things that make the island a great place for dogs to visit on holiday with their families."
