Beautiful staffie for adoption
I have recently moved back into my Mums' house and due this and to work commitments, I need to find a new home for my gorgeous dog.
She is called Roxy, around 2 and a half to 3 years old, and I have had her since she was about 12 months. She is very playful and has bundles of energy and loves anyone she meets - adults, kids and dogs! She is a little unpredictable with cats and small animals (sometimes she likes to play with them and other times, likes to chase them) so wouldn't be suitable for a family with either of these! She is fully house trained and walks brilliantly off the lead in fields or parks etc and comes back when she's called. On the way to her walks she tends to pull on the lead a bit but walks along side me on the way home when she's worn herself out. She LOVES sticks and anyone playing with her using them will have to be quick! I'd like to find a nice family for her with plenty of time for her and a garden as she loves lying outside on the grass and is quite happy to occupy herself for hours as long as she's got a nice toy and a stick to chew on. She has a limp on her front leg as she came to me from an abusive home and was nervous and untrained when I took her in, but I've worked very hard with her to get her to where she is and she is a really brilliant dog who will be a wonderful pet and companion to someone and their family. I am absolutely mortified to be having to find her a new home, but it is impossible for me to keep her. I do not want any money for her, I just want her to go to the best forever home we can find.
IF YOU INTEND TO BREED, DO NOT GET IN TOUCH.
