3yr old blue staffy

3yrs old blue staffy, hes name is blue. He was born with a crowfoot. Great with kids and adults but chases cats. We have had him for 8 months. We cannot keep him as im not allowed dogs were i am moving, plus we have no garden. He is very loving and affectionate.
