Akita bitch for rehoming

My health has deteriorated and am unable to give my dog what she needs any more. She is very loyal, wanting to please (me) and needs an experienced Akita owner who understands the breed.

She is great on walks, but has a high prey drive so nobody who has cats. I am struggling with continuing her training due to mobility issues. I got her at 5 months old so had to get some professional training (i can pass on the details of the people who trained her for her to continue) as my health meant I couldn’t do some of what she needed and now I can’t take her out for walks.

She is very loving to me, but is definitely a one person kinda dog. She’s crate trained, and doesn’t bark when in the crate etc. I have children who she is really good with, but not been around young children much.
