    Coventry dog disease

NewsUK Dog NewsThursday 19 May 2011

The increase in the number of dogs dying from a disease in Coventry is extremely worrying. According to BBC News the PDSA's Coventry PetAid hospital had seen 31 cases between January and May.

Parvovirus, which causes severe vomiting and diarrhoea in dogs, is highly contagious. Infected dogs must be isolated to prevent the disease spreading. Owners who suspect their pet has the disease should call their vet as soon as possible instead of taking the dog to the clinic as it should be isolated.

Saving money by not vaccinating your dog causes more damage than you can imagine...
