A drugs courier caught by a police sniffer dog carrying heroin with a street value of almost £100,000 at Aberdeen railway station has been jailed.

Carl Crellin, 19, was followed by the dog, called Rebus, to a taxi after "passive scanning" in August last year.

First offender Crellin, from Liverpool, admitted being concerned in the supply of heroin.

Lord Bannatyne jailed him for 30 months at the High Court in Glasgow.
