    Shelter Dog Sunday - Pip

NewsShelter Dog SundayFriday 03 March 2017

Every Sunday we run a special feature on a rescue dog looking for a loving home. This week, the spotlight is on Pip, a lively lad looking for a forever family.

Battersea and Cats Home is the well-known backdrop of ITV's Paul O'Grady - For The Love Of  but what you see on the show is only a fraction of the work that the shelter do. Battersea takes on over 9000 cats and dogs a year, including Pip, a small boy with a big heart looking for a loving, forever home.

    Name: Pip

    Breed: Pug

    Sex: Male

    Age: 1 year 4 months

    Centre: London

    Reference: 354103

Pip is a lively youngster with the whole world at his feet. There’s nothing he loves more than a good game of fetch or having a play with his ragga toy. He’s certainly a born entertainer.

He is looking for a home away from the inner city where any children are teens.

He has a tendency to get a bit over excited with other pets, so would benefit from being the only one in his new home and instead meet nice mannered dogs for regular walks.

Pip will also need a private garden for some off-lead exercise.

To meet Pip, please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home’s London centre on 0843 509 4444.
