    Shelter Dog Sunday - Trina

NewsShelter Dog SundayFriday 05 May 2017

Every Sunday we run a special feature on a rescue dog looking for a loving home. This week, the spotlight is on Trina, a stunning beauty who will be very happy to spend her adult years with a forever family.

Battersea and Cats Home is the well-known backdrop of ITV's Paul O'Grady - For The Love Of Dogs but what you see on the show is only a fraction of the work that the shelter do. Battersea takes on over 9000 cats and dogs a year, including Trina, an affectionate Staffie, very fond of humans, and now looking for a forever loving family.

    Name: Trina

    Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier

    Sex: Female

    Age: 7 years 4 months

    Centre: London

    Reference: 356092

Little lady Trina is an affectionate and playful girl.

She is very responsive to training and will love curling up on the nearest comfortable lap for a sleep after a busy day of playing with her favourite toys and strolling around the park.

Trina much prefers the company of human friends to other dogs, and would benefit from living in a lower dog populated area.

However, she will make a wonderful companion for adults and older children who ideally have some previous experience with Staffordshire Bull Terriers.

To meet Trina, please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home’s London centre on 0843 509 4444.
