    Shelter Dog Wednesday - Ola

NewsShelter Dog WednesdayTuesday 18 July 2017

Every Wednesday we run a special feature on a rescue dog looking for a loving home. This week, the spotlight is on beautiful Ola who dreams of curling up in a sofa with her forever family.

Battersea and Cats Home is the well-known backdrop of ITV's Paul O'Grady - For The Love Of Dogs but what you see on the show is only a fraction of the work that the shelter do. Battersea takes on over 9000 cats and dogs a year, including Ola, a cheerful girl looking for a loving, forever family.

    Name: Ola

    Breed: Mongrel

    Sex: Female

    Age: 2 years 8 months

    Centre: London

    Reference: 357102

Ola is a tonne of fun and cannot wait to find her feet in a new home.

Very intelligent and quick to pick up tricks, Ola would make a great companion for experienced owners who are involved in activities such as agility to keep both her mind and body busy.

Ola’s new home will need a garden with secure high fences.

She has lived with teenagers and a cat before and could happily do so again, although it’s best Ola is the only dog.

To meet Ola, please contact Battersea Dogs & Cats Home’s London centre on 0843 509 4444.
